WIDOW EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM THROUGH INCOME GENERATION PROGRAM.
The project rationale is to assist 200 Dalit women and widows aged between 40–50 from 10 villages. Selected 20 beneficiaries from each village, these widows are socially marginalized, poorest and the most exploited. They find it hard to make living because of their loneliness. We propose to assist them to set up small business enterprises such as vegetable selling, Fruit sales , Readymade cloth sales , Provision shop and Milk cow provision shop, etc., which will enable the poor widows to earn their living, improve their socio-economic situation, become self-reliant and lead a decent life and educate their children . The project period on 1st of June 2022 until 31st of May 2023.
