Dr. Samuel G. N. Chandrasekaran, holding a BA and MA in Sociology, serves as the President of the organization. A dedicated social worker, he leads initiatives focusing on community development, women empowerment, and rural welfare with a vision to create an inclusive and self-reliant society.

Mrs. D. Buvaneshwari, a B.Sc graduate, serves as the Executive Secretary. She coordinates programs and manages operations, dedicating her expertise to empower rural communities and strengthen social welfare initiatives.

Mrs. N. Revathi, holding a BA, is the Executive Committee Member of the organization. She manages financial planning and resources, ensuring transparency and accountability in all community development projects.

Founder / Executive Secretary
Mr. R. Balu, M.A. Sociology graduate, is the Founder / Executive Secretary of the organization. He actively supports and oversees programs aimed at social - economic development, ensuring effective implementation of initiatives that benefit marginalized communities. The convenes and presiding overall administrative and General body meeting. The responsibilities of the Founder cum Executive Secretary are very important on the decision of the executive committee members of the Executive secretary carry this associating very well. He settles all accounts and sends letters in the members and convenes meetings and keeps his eyes on important documents. The Founder / Executive Secretary prepares all required document as per the Societies Registration Act every year and submit those records for the verification of the Auditor. .

She is a B.Tech Graduate and takes much care of the BOSS Association and watch out the Association how it is functioning. With a background in B.Tech, she is motivated to contribute her knowledge and skills toward social impact, particularly in community development and environmental sustainability.”

Mrs. A.MUTHURANI is BA graduate, is an President of BOSS NGO . She contributes to decision-making and the implementation of programs, focusing on rural community upliftment and social welfare of the Dalit community.

Executive Secretary
Mr. R. Balu, Founder and Executive Secretary of the Buddha Outcast Social Society (BOSS), has carried out extensive development work focused on environmental sustainability across 100 rural areas. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Madras. A deeply committed individual, he has earned the trust and support of the poorest communities through his selfless service and dedication. Over the past 25 years, he has worked on environment-based development programs targeting rural populations. His efforts emphasize an integrated approach to empowering rural Dalit communities, shaped by years of experience, collaboration with various organizations, and the implementation of grassroots development initiatives. His holistic approach is the result of long-standing engagement with these communities and a deep understanding of their needs, ultimately contributing to meaningful and sustainable development.

He is an Advocate with a Master’s degree in Sociology. He is a skilled professional in community organizing and capacity building, particularly among disadvantaged local groups. He serves as a Member of the Child Welfare Committee and works as a Development and Legal Consultant. In addition, he has held leadership roles as a Master Trainer with World Vision India, demonstrating strong team leadership and expertise in training and development.

Treasurer
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and is a skilled professional in community organizing and capacity building, particularly among disadvantaged local groups. She also serves as a Member of the Child Welfare Committee. In her leadership role as Treasurer, she plays a crucial part in managing the Association’s finances. She is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, safeguarding funds, and presenting clear accounts of income and expenditure whenever requested by the President, Secretary, or any member of the Association.

She is actively involved in organizational development and governance processes. Her work includes providing orientation on the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the organization. She also facilitates an overview of organizational policies, financial management, and governance structures. In addition, she helps clarify the roles and responsibilities of Board members and ensures that key resources, such as the governance handbook and essential policies, are shared during the induction process. She also coordinates and participates in field visits to program areas to strengthen understanding and engagement with on-ground activities.

The Founder cum Executive Secretary of BUDDHA OUTCAST SOCIAL SOCIETY – BOSS Mr. R. BALU have conducting put lot of development work to protect the environmental sustainability structure in 100 rural areas . He has earned master degree in sociology, university of madras. He is a committed man who has won the support of the poorest among the poor for his selfless service and dutifulness in 100 rural areas. During the past 25 years he was working Environmental based development program which covered a rural environmental segment of population. The need for an integrated approach to rural Dalit community empowerment is involved over a period of several years based on the rich past experience and in counter with various organization programs implementation of small development activities and other exposures. His holistic approach to rural Dalit community has been the fruits of the longstanding experience and the felt need of the target community.
